Rock Pointe is a brand-new development with inclusive special needs independent apartments; part of a larger apartment community. The community features ten 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.

Eligible special needs populations include individuals with physical disabilities/MS, developmental disabilities, veterans, fragile seniors, and individuals/families experiencing challenges.

• The rent is determined based on income.
• Housing Vouchers are accepted.

All applications must include proof of special need, such as:

• Physician documentation of disability
• Agency documentation of special need population (veteran, DCF, DDD, etc.)

The special needs units available at Rock Pointe are 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

• The rent is based on Fair Market Rent for the township of Rockaway, NJ.
