Changing lives one step at a time……
PennReach serves veterans in need of good affordable housing and wrap around supports. PennReach works in concert with the Veteran and their family to identify service needs and develop a plan of support.
We support Veterans in housing who are able to live independently and those who may have more intensive medical and psychiatric needs.
Each person’s path is unique. We find the supports needed; helping the person find success in their new home.

Services Include:
- Health/Medication monitoring-nursing oversight
- Tutoring/Budgeting/Financial Literacy
- Health/Wellness Programs
- Post Traumatic Stress Counseling
- Case Management
- Behavioral/Psychiatric Management
- Assistance with 12 step wellness and recovery programs
- Employment/Education
Many of these supports are able to be funded by existing federal, state and private insurance programs, often at no cost to the resident.

Michael’s Story
Michael, a veteran of Vietnam, spent years homeless after returning from the Battlefield. On his return he found he couldn’t adjust to his old life and little by little his life fell apart. With help locating a safe, affordable place to live, he is now back living on his own after so many years on the streets. As he shares, “It feels like a modern day miracle to him.”
