rKrystal Odell – Krystal Odell is the CEO of PennReach as well as a consultant for housing developers as they incorporate housing for adults with special needs. Past positions include Director of the Division of Developmental Disabilities, Department of Human Services, Pres./ CEO, Allies Inc., COO, Community Options, Director of Community Education for the State of NJ.

Steve Schoch – As Managing Principal of Kitchen & Associates, Steve’s dedication, inspiration and influence on the K&A staff has helped to establish the firm’s leadership in the fields of neighborhood revitalization, mixed-use/mixed-income developments, and affordable and supportive housing for more than thirty years. He is an expert in the design of residential solutions for a broad spectrum of housing typologies including affordable housing for public housing authority agencies, mixed-use/mixed-income neighborhoods and supportive housing for persons with special needs.

Scott Elliot – Scott Elliot is Executive Director for the Progressive Center for Independent Living and is the Director of the New Jersey Statewide Independent Living Council and the President of the Board of Directors. Mr. Elliott is a leader in the field of disabilities and continues to bring innovation to the field. He retired from his previous career in the corporate world to become a strong advocate for people with disabilities in NJ.

Neil Malvone  – Neil Malvone is CEO of Cutting Edge Sports Management, a premier sports management company, as well as a professor of sports management at Caldwell University. He is the Secretary of PennReach’s Board of Directors. His background in sports event planning has led to his standing within the sports and esports event industries, where his company has hosted multiple national spots events including the Dream Bowl and the Collegiate Esports National Championship.

Bill Shipp – Bill Shipp is Vice President of Business Development for Wells Fargo’s Business Banking and Healthcare Finance groups and the Treasurer of Pennreach’s Board of Directors. He has over 17 years’ experience in banking and commercial real estate finance spending the last 3.5 years with Wells Fargo. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Bill served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Credit Officer of the National Bank of Malvern.  In his current role, he is in charge of assisting business owner’s located in Philadelphia and Southern NJ with their banking and credit needs.
